Request the equipment outline drawing and input declaration associated with the quoted assembly. Ask your responsible project specialists to review those documents against the proposed location and supply, and request clarification if the proposal assumes another installation arrangement.

Ask for the cooling document package

Request the maintenance document and spare component identification information for the specific cooling assembly under discussion. State the document language required by your project team and ask which equipment and accessories each requested document covers.

Prepare any requested sample or document acceptance questions against the proposed assembly schedule. Ask for written warranty terms, confirm minimum order quantity and lead time before ordering, and request packaging and delivery terms for the equipment and associated accessories.
