Describe the MIG MAG welding task
Send the joint drawings and project material requirements with your MIG MAG equipment enquiry. Identify which joints need equipment review and describe the purchaser acceptance requirements. Describe which existing workshop items your project intends to retain and ask for the proposed mating connection information. Request separate identification of optional accessories. Ask for a revised inclusion schedule whenever a torch, feeder or connection item changes during the quotation discussion.

Request the rating sheet and input declaration associated with the exact equipment configuration being proposed. Ask for the conditions accompanying the ratings your project specialist needs to review. Keep the equipment designation on the quotation aligned with the designation on those documents.
Define any requested sample using the joint drawing and the purchaser acceptance description. Ask the supplier to identify the equipment and accessories associated with the sample proposal. Confirm minimum order quantity and lead time before ordering, and request the packaging and delivery terms in writing.
